The Internal Rules of Procedure determine the procedure by which the services of the recreation place AnMaRe are provided to the visitor, determine the safety, hygiene and other requirements that must be observed by visitors.
The Internal Rules of Procedure are observed by all Guests, regardless of age. Before visiting the recreation complex, the person carefully reads and familiarizes himself with the Internal Rules of Procedure and undertakes to observe them while using the services. The Internal Rules of Procedure have been developed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
The Internal Rules of Procedure are published on the website www.anmare.lv. By starting to use the Services, the Guest confirms by his/her actions that he/she has read the internal rules of procedure and undertakes to comply with them.
General Rules
Check-in from 16:00, check-out until 14:00
! If the check-out time is delayed by more than 15 minutes, an additional fee will be applied:
20 EUR (for a delay of up to 30 minutes from the specified time - 14:30)
50 EUR (for a delay of up to one hour from the specified time - 15:00)

Upon request, taking into account the occupancy, we offer late check-out (max 1 hour) or early check-in (max 1 hour). Price - 50 EUR
Guests may use everything in the rented house at no additional charge - living quarters, equipment in the rooms for their intended purposes, as well as inventory - Grill, outdoor furniture.
Refrain from any action that may endanger your own or other people's life, health, or property.
Guests of the Anmare holiday resort are responsible for their own personal belongings in the lodge and its territory.
Smoking
Smoking (i.e. electronic cigarettes, vapes) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED indoors. There is a smoke sensor. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, near the trash cans. If it is found that smoking has been done indoors, a fine of EUR 250.00 will be imposed.
Pets
Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the AnMaRe cottage. The fine for having a pet in the cottage or on the territory without approval is EUR 100.
Reservation and Cancellation
The invoice is issued within 24 hours of receiving the application. The invoice payment term is 3 days (or within 24 hours if the reservation was received for a date that is closer to 3 days).
By coordinating and contacting us, it is possible to make an advance payment or agree on a different payment term.
Reservations up to 7 days before arrival can only be transferred to another free date. Money is not refunded.
Fire safety
It is STRICTLY forbidden to make a fire in the campfire area. Only by coordination, we can prepare a place for a fire, if necessary.
It is forbidden to bring non-flammable materials into the cottage, burn candles.
Safety must be observed when lighting a fireplace/sauna. Put firewood in the fireplace in moderate quantities, without overheating it.
Sauna
It is FORBIDDEN to use sauna brooms, scrubs, oils and other sauna products in the sauna, except for essential oils prepared by us, which may be added to the sauna bucket with water, which may be poured onto the sauna stones.
Using the outdoor bath
No plants, petals, or oils may be added to the outdoor bath. It is recommended not to use metal parts in swimsuits that could scratch the inside of the bathtub. Do not turn off the bathtub during the winter season to prevent freezing.
Loss/Damage and Compensation
In the event that guests cause damage to the inventory, furniture or equipment of the holiday home, guests must compensate the owners of the holiday home for it.
The loss and damage is assessed based on the extent of the damage and the amount of compensation is decided upon by agreement between both parties.
The owners must be informed of the damage in a timely manner while still in the holiday home.
If the damage is discovered after the guests have left and the owners were not notified, police assistance will be sought.
